For all the dudes that missed it, I made a video a couple weeks ago of some runs at Calder Park. Go check it out!
I’ve been doing a heap of interior cleanup to my S13 over the past few weeks, trying to get everything back to bare metal. I had 50 million bars of roll cage to clean and still have to do a lot of the floor pan. It’s looking much better than before though!
I finally did the rear guards on the S13 after delaying it for so long. They turned out pretty good and I’m so happy with how the rear wheels fit!
This past weekend I went out to Calder Park for a practise day. First time driving the track so it was sketchy to begin with but eventually got some good lines and overall awesome runs!
My matsuri last month wasn’t good enough to split into 2 days so I’ll recap all of it in one. Pretty disappointing weekend overall.
As I write this, it’s 1:32am and I’m meant to be loading my car onto the trailer in 7 hours. The past few weeks have been some of the worst this year, but I’ve finally finished prep for this weekend’s matsuri at Winton. So that’s a major positive.
Now that I’ve hit the budget for the turbo rebuild, it was time to pull everything apart and get the car ready for the new turbo.
Last month I got some fresh stickers from Abbit at AWFilms, loads of new colours and heaps of glitter!
I’ve been reworking the shop a bit and also setting up things so it’s easy to navigate. I figured a way to help with the new turbo cost is to send out some stickers to the guys that want them.
I’ve got a whole bunch of sparkle stickers and also some reflective chrome ones so if you want some stickers then check out the shop here – http://www.oliversimportheaven.bigcartel.com
Any dude that I see with one on their car gets a massive Hi-5!
Started more work on my S13 the other week. Contemplating ideas, more planning for the front end, pulling stuff apart and staring at the wheels.
A couple of weeks ago I was finishing prep for the 180sx to take it to a Winton practise day. Didn’t go too well, found a big issue that I need to fix ASAP and it won’t be cheap.
